Italia Team and EA7 together again for Paris 2024. An agreement was signed yesterday between the Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 and Giorgio Armani, as part of an agreement designed to support the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. EA7, the line conceived in 2004 as the sports brand of Emporio Armani, has been confirmed as Official Outfitter of Italia Team: it will provide the clothes for the athletes of the Italian Olympic delegation for the next Summer Games in Paris 2024 until the Milano Cortina 2026 Games. It is a clear message that renews and further bolsters the union between Giorgio Armani and Italian sport, which began at the London 2012 Games and continued through the Summer Games of Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020, as well as the Winter Games of Sochi 2014, PyeongChang 2018 and Beijing 2022.

“Collaborating with the Olympic and Paralympic team for Milano Cortina 2026 is a particularly significant occasion for me: it combines my passions, fashion and sport, in the setting of Milan, a recognised international metropolis, of which I am a proud citizen, which has always been very supportive of me, just as I have always supported Milan. EA7 Emporio Armani is synonymous with technical research and style: dressing the athletes again will allow me to demonstrate on the field the union of these two components, at such an important event", declared Giorgio Armani.

The President of CONI and of Milano Cortina 2026, Giovanni Malagò, stated: “For years, first through CONI and Italia Team, and now also with this important partnership with the Games organising committee, Giorgio Armani has participated, with great passion, in the history of Italian sport and its victories. His presence and friendship testify to a commitment that goes beyond mere competitions and speaks to the world of our creativity, our style, our excellence – including our sporting excellence – with an extraordinarily authoritative voice. For this reason, the association between the Games and Armani makes us particularly proud, as well as confident in the success of our wonderful adventure.”
