Biography
First he tried swimming, then he chose diving and his talent was not long in expressing itself. The path as a junior is to be framed (he has four European golds in his trophy cabinet), then a few too many injuries affect his results. He, however, did not give up and from the European Championships in Eindhoven 2012 he began to be noticed even among the greats. In his trophy cabinet there are two continental medals but above all the world silver in synchro won at Doha 2024 together with his friend Lorenzo Marsaglia, a result never achieved in history by the men's Italy. A lover of boxing, shooting, athletics and volleyball and with hobbies of hunting and fishing, he is ready to live his third five-ring experience in Paris after the sixth places in Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020.
