Biography
He discovered his passion for swimming thanks to his mother, who introduced him to the aquatic world, allowing him to cultivate a great love for the sport. He quickly demonstrated his remarkable talent, winning bronze and silver medals at the 2014 Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing in the 200m butterfly and the 4x100m freestyle relay, respectively. Inspired by the dedication and drive of Filippo Magnini, he has steadily made a name for himself on the international stage. He debuted at the Olympics at Tokyo 2021 and narrowly missed the podium at the 2022 European Championships in Rome, finishing fourth. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to music, socialising with friends, or reading a good book. With a clear focus on the work and sacrifices required to reach the top: he is already targeting success at Paris 2024.
