Biography
Gymnastics entered her life at nine years of age thanks to her mother who enrolled her in a course to calm her wild nature. Hailing from Spoleto, like Ivan Zaytsev (whom she is a huge fan of), she is not yet 23 years old, and in 2015 she captained the junior team that competed at the European Championships in Minsk, before being called up to the senior team. On the platform she feels confident and expresses herself freely and, although it was not always easy to dedicate her adolescence to her sporting commitments, her sacrifices have always been rewarded with triumphs such as her two world championship gold medals. Her motto? If you can dream it, you can do it. At Tokyo 2020 she did just that by making it onto the podium with her teammates. After that bronze, her next dream will be the top step at Paris 2024.
