Biography
She inherited from her grandfather a love for water and the sea that led her to study Naval Engineering at the University of Trieste and to dedicate her life to rowing. Having won several Italian titles, in 2018 she won the under-23 World Championships in lightweight double sculls with Silvia Crosio. The following year she made the leap into the seniors and won the European bronze medal in the doubles with Stefania Gobbi. Her motto is “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars,” and indeed she will be right there among the great athletes set to participate in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Her moon will be a medal.
