Biography
Daughter of former Czechoslovakian volleyball player Jana Tyrolova and former rower Jaroslav Rocek, Aisha Rocek followed in her father's footsteps and took up rowing under his guidance. She also has a twin brother, Patrick, with whom she often trains. At Tokyo 2020, she placed 12th in the coxless pair, a result that left her, an ambitious athlete with three European medals to her name, far from satisfied. A versatile athlete, Aisha moved to the eight at the start of 2024, achieving a World Cup victory in Varese and a bronze at the European Championships in Szeged. She arrives at Paris 2024 with fierce determination, ready to give her all.
