Biography
At 16 he left Sardinia to pursue a dream and moved to the National Rowing Centre in Piediluco. He discovered his sport, intrigued by his brother, then dedicated all his time and energy to it, achieving excellent results early in the junior categories. Passionate about the sea and TV series (“Money Heist” is his favourite), he has seven European medals to his name (including gold in Poznan 2020) and six world championship medals, but it was in Tokyo 2020 that he achieved his great objective by winning the bronze medal in lightweight double sculls with Pietro Willy Ruta. In Paris he will try to do even better alongside his new teammate Gabriel Soares.
