Biography
At his first World Championships, in the Portuguese waters of Vilamoura in 2021, he narrowly missed the podium, finishing fourth in the mixed 470 event, a boat in which he is gradually managing to showcase his full worth. A Brescia-born crew member from the class of '99 who began sailing at the Associazione Velica Alto Sebino in Lovere and is now a member of LNI Mandello del Lario, at the European level he achieved his best result in the Olympic year itself, finishing sixth in Cannes with his partner Elena Berta. With her, he will return to France, to Marseille, to live out his dream of participating in the Olympic Games for the first time in his career.
