Biography
She was born in Milan but her sporting education came at the Piscina Manara in Busto Arsizio, in the province of Varese. Her passion for artistic swimming came about almost by chance at primary school, when she was noticed in the water by a coach, who was captivated by her physical prowess and her technical and buoyancy skills. In 2018, she got her first call-up with the senior national team. Then, five years later, a few days before her high school graduation, she made her debut at world championship level in Fukuoka, where she placed fifth in the technical singles. In 2024, she won a place in Italy's expedition to the World Championships in Doha, where she placed ninth and tenth in the technical and free singles, respectively, as well as finishing sixth in the technical mixed duo. As an aspiring biomedical engineer, Paris 2024 represents the well-deserved reward for working hard to make her name in the international arena.
