Biography
She reflects that defeats teach her to perform better the next time and never give up, while victories teach her not to boast and never to become complacent, recognising that there is always room for growth and improvement. She was always destined to be an athlete: in the pool at the age of five, she has never stopped swimming. Trained under the junior national team, she's now poised to achieve recognition at the highest echelons with the senior Italian squad. Meanwhile, she has won her first world championship and European medals. Paris 2024 will be her first Olympics: and it is also a dream come true for her father Vincenzo and mother Monica, who have always ardently supported her passion.
