Biography
She left lane swimming to devote herself to athletics. In middle school, however, she felt the call of the pool again. Her brother, at that time a player for RN Florentia, convinced her to try water polo. She started out between the posts and from that day on, she never stopped. In a few years she became a pillar of the senior national team, with which she won a European bronze and a world bronze. From a young age, she has had an artistic streak and, thanks to organisation and willpower, she tries to reconcile training sessions in the pool and tournaments with her design studies. Like all genuine Florentines, she loves T-bone steak and in her spare time she relaxes by watching films with her two favourite actors: Johnny Depp and Meryl Streep. When she can get away from competitions she loves to travel and explore new destinations. She has already been to Paris, but will happily return: there is an Olympic medal to try and win at the 2024 Games.
