Biography
She began her career in the ranks of RN Camogli. Her father and brother are former water polo players, as is her aunt Alessandra, who died prematurely. After her experiences at Rapallo and SIS Roma, driven by a desire to grow and improve, she decided to move to Spain and wear the cap of CN Mataró. Over the years she quickly became a fixture of the Setterosa. A versatile player, sincere and loyal, she took on the captaincy role in December 2020 at just 23 years old, following in the footsteps of two revered figures, Tania Di Mario and Elisa Queirolo. With the national team she can boast a European bronze medal and a world bronze medal, the latter won in the summer of 2023 in Fukuoka. Japan, however, is also linked to the most negative memory of her experience in the national team: failing to qualify for the Tokyo 2020 Games. Now, three years after that disappointment, she wants to make up for it with interest at Paris 2024.
