Biography
Having graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Turin Polytechnic with a grade of 110 cum laude, she is not one to shrink before a great opportunity. As an under-23 she won everything at international level; as a senior she dominated in lightweight quadruple sculls and then, at her first Olympic qualifying World Championships in Belgrade, she hit the mark in the double sculls alongside Stefania Buttignon. She trains at the Amici del Fiume club in Moncalieri, Turin, where her father Mauro is a manager, a place where her lifelong friends watched her grow up. Now on the horizon are the master’s degree and the Paris 2024 Games. Not bad going.
