Biography
Born in Brazil, as a child he followed his mother to Lake Como. At eight years old he arrived in Bellagio and tried many sports: from basketball to swimming, cycling and judo. Rowing, however, first became his discipline and then his profession. He is strong and the results since taking part in youth categories bear witness to it. After several triumphs, including as a senior, he replaced Pietro Willy Ruta as Stefano Oppo’s partner in men’s lightweight double sculls and thus takes the opportunity to qualify for the Olympic Games for the first time in his career: in Paris 2024 he will bring his talent to the boat, having already climbed onto the lowest step of the podium at Tokyo 2020.
