Biography
Born in Waterford, Ireland, she joined the national kitesurfing team at age 17 and began picking up important experience at Italian and international level. In 2019 she decided to leave kitesurfing to switch to kitefoil. This turned out to be the right choice – so much so that in 2020 she won both the Italian open and category titles. The following year she reaffirmed her standing in the national competition but, more importantly, she finished runner-up at the Kite Open Africa and Middle East Championship in September 2022. Student of corporate communication and PR, in Holland, at the 2023 World Championships, she handed over the Olympic card to the Italia Team and, after the top ten achieved in March 2024 at the European Championships in Los Alcazares, she guaranteed her place for the Paris Games.
