Biography

He played basketball for a few years and then took up karate. He only found his path when he decided to follow his elder brother Riccardo, and since then his passion for nature has been reconciled with his work. He is a big music lover and adores playing the guitar. World championship runner-up in 2022 in Augsburg, Germany, he can already boast two Olympic Games appearances, but things did not always go as he would have liked. In Rio 2016 he finished seventh whilst in Tokyo 2020 he finished fourteenth. An athlete and professional of his calibre can only look to Paris 2024 with a single goal firmly in mind: the podium.
