Biography
When she was two and a half years old, her mother took her to the swimming pool to learn to swim so that she could go to the seaside safely. Goal achieved – and much more besides. She was on the podium twice at European level, winning bronze in the 4x200 freestyle in Budapest 2021 and silver in the 100 breaststroke in Rome 2022. At the 2024 Absolute Italian Championships in Riccione, she was crowned champion in the 100 breaststroke and gained an individual pass for her first Olympic Games. A great admirer of Federica Pellegrini, a love of dogs has prompted her to help out strays in her spare time.
