Biography
At Rio 2016, he won the gold medal in skeet shooting, obtaining the second Olympic medal in his family 24 years after his father Bruno's bronze at Barcelona 1992, the man who had the great merit of introducing him to the discipline when he was just a boy. Before starting to shoot, he practiced other sports, primarily tennis and football, activities he is still passionate about. After winning everything at the junior level, he immediately managed to impose himself among the seniors as well, winning, among other things, the world title (Moscow 2017) and the European title (Osijek 2021) individually. However, his successes did nothing to dim his determination, instead creating in him an enormous sense of responsibility, making him mature both as an athlete and especially as a person. A lover of challenges and a workaholic, the only way he knows to improve day by day, in Paris 2024 he wants to try to treat himself to another Olympic podium.
