Biography
On the piste since the age of seven, she has always been considered an undisputed talent. It took her a while to emerge, partly due to struggling to make a national team full of multiple champions. Gradually she managed to carve out a prominent role for herself in foil. Her honour’s list, among other things, includes no fewer than five world championship titles from individual events and team competitions, the last two secured in the summer of 2023 on her home pistes of Milan. An avid soccer fan and Fiorentina supporter, in her spare time she enjoys being outdoors with friends, cooking and surfing. In Tokyo 2020, on her Olympic debut, she won bronze along with her teammates and came one step away from the medal zone in the individual competition. That Olympics, after all the Covid restrictions, she experienced as a rebirth for herself, as well as for all humanity. Now she also wants to be a protagonist in Paris 2024, where she will arrive with more experience and many more titles to her name.
