Biography
A native of Angera in the province of Varese, Davide Verità’s youth career has been marked by success in the coxed four, winning World titles in the Under-19 category in 2018 and Under-23 in 2021. In 2023, he was selected for the eight that competed at the European Championships in Bled, where they narrowly missed the podium, finishing fifth. That same year, he made his senior World Championship debut as part of the coxless four, finishing third in the B final. A smiling, shy, and reserved young man, Davide enjoys spending time with his family and close friends. In May 2024, he returned to the eight for the Final Olympic Qualification Regatta in Lucerne, where they edged out Canada in a photo finish to secure a ticket to Paris for his first Olympic experience.
